Very pleased with the process.. This is the 2nd BMW I've owned that I've used this update service for. Scott's quick response and attention to support is awesome. I use the Download option, and that always works without a hitch. Surprised that previous owners simply don't bother with these updates, but our 2015 X5 diesel is updated and happy!

Very happy with the update process, thanks to Scott. I got the update for my 2016 535i and the process went smoothly. I used the download approach, so it took a little longer to download and set up USB media, but no issues at all. I recommend this service to everyone I know that has a BMW vehicle.

I have updated the Navigation system map five years ago and recently, both worked well for my 2015 328d. Clear instructions and quick response, just need to wait for about 2 minutes for the update screen after plug in the usb key. Recommended.

Just installed the update from the UBS stick in my 2019 BMW 540i. Without any problems it took about 30 minutes to install.
I had used BimmerMap on an older model in the past and also was always happy. Good product and price can't be beat - compare it to what BMW charges for a single update!

Scott has been great with keeping my 4 older bimmer's GPS maps up to date. I've been updating with Bimmermap for years and would never go back to BMW dealer to update my maps. I update the X3 regularly and all the others irregularly. Thanks Scott.

Had great service from Scott and the process was very simple. Took 25 minutes to load the new updates into my BMW X5 and NO problems along the way. Sure beats the BMW dealership on price.

Just received and installed updated maps for my 2013 5 series 535i. Great service and support from Bimmer.
Installation was easy and went smoothly, it was completed in around 15min.

Received USB drive in a few days. Updated my F06 in about 40 minutes. No issues. I can recommend to anyone.

This was my first update since purchasing the lifetime upgrade package. I had the USB sent instead of doing all the formatting of a thumb drive which I would have had to buy anyway. The update went flawlessly. Overall the experience was very good, and I would recommend anyone needing an update go to BimmerMap.

Bought the lifetime upgrade pack for my 2018 M Sport Touring. Received the USB promptly, at first worked and my Sat Nav maps were brought up to date. Took longer than I'd hoped 75 minutes, but glad it's all worked out just fine. Would recommend over the much more expensive dealership annual purchase option.

I purchased my product online and downloaded the upgrade onto my own stick. It was easy to do, and once loaded, I installed the update in my BMW X3. Everything worked as per the instructions. The support team for Bimmer is excellent and responds very quickly if you have any questions. I was very surprised and pleased by how quickly they responded back to me. The download took about 30 minutes, and as I said, easy-to-follow instructions were provided by the Bimmer support team.
