Ordered a preloaded USB but before it arrived we decided to go on a road trip. I contacted Nick and asked him to email me a copy of the map which he did very quickly. Followed his well written instructions and had the new map loaded in no time. Communication was easy and fast.

Have a 2013 BMW that seriously needed the GPS update. Dealership said it was not an easy thing to do and would need to bring the car in for the update, charge could be as great as $1200.
Hesitated for awhile on purchasing an update online but so glad I did. Purchased my update from bimmermap.
It was simple to install, took about 1 hour. Directions were clear and easy. They saved me hundreds of dollars.
They also responded quickly by email on 1 question I had. Great product and service.
I will use Bimmermap on any future updates.

Received the map update on USB stick.
Purchased the update for my X5 and from start to finish installing it in my car it took less than an hour it was easy to do with no issues, very clear instructions to follow.
Will definitely use again for the next update.

My 2014 F36 desperately needed a map upgrade as it was still using 2016 maps.
Used Bimmernavi and the whole process went smoothly. The instructions were clear, and the whole thing took less than an hour to install.
A few hours passed before I was sent the fsc code (about 3 hrs or so), but that was mentioned in the instructions as well, so not a problem.
Will certainly use Bimmernavi again for any future updates!

Purchased and received USB for my BMW 328I
Followed simple instructions, it was no more than 25 minutes to complete.
Quick, Easy and Value for Money installation.
Much better than paying huge $$$ at the Dealership!

Purchased the navi update for a BMW 530 and I've downloaded it in a USB stick and Scott was really helpful through all the process.
The instructions were easy to follow.
Most llikely I wil be using again their updates in case of need.

Excellent support, initially opted for the download option but after having some issues contacted Scott and he sent a USB key, installation was straightforward, rapid respond to email when requesting the code to complete update

I used the download method this year (been using this since 2018) instead of the shipped USB. The download and USB setup process is really straight forward and easy. Once loaded in the car and confirmed that the car can correctly read the USB, Scott sent the activation code. It took my 2015 X5 1 hour to install the update and all was good.

I recently purchased the 2024 Navi Software update on an USB Drive for my BMW 520d. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the start, BimmerMap was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering my questions promptly and thoroughly. Installing the software update was easy, thanks to the detailed instructions provided. Total update time was approximately 50 minutes. I highly recommend BimmerMap to anyone looking for a Navi software update for his/her BMW. I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs!

Received the USB Stick after 1 week and installed in my BMW 528i. After 40 minutes the software was perfectly updated to the newest version 2024. Excellent service .

After asking a few times about an update of my navigation system BMW 1 series convertible 2011, I finally ended up at Bimmer and contacted them and finally made a wise decision and performed an update via downloads, after some research and a few emails back and forth the update was successful and this at a good price-quality. Thank you Bimmer team.

I’ve had a couple of updates after requesting them, but all my recent emails have been ignored so I don’t know what’s happened to my lifetime subscription.
